Ayurveda
Ayurveda, the ancient science of life of India has been practiced for over 5000 years with proven results for the entire family.  Ayurveda is considered the most ancient type of healthcare in the world. This type of holistic healing comprises the mind, body, senses and the soul.  Therefore, Ayurveda treats the whole individual, rather than the dis-ease.

Ayurveda recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and bases its treatment and recommendations on the three psycho-physical constitutions which are known as tridosha.  These three doshas have a similarity and relation to the elements of nature as Ayurveda believes that we are one with nature. Vata which relates to air and space, Pitta which is relative to fire and water, and Kapha which is earth and water. Our aim is to awaken the body's own natural healing powers, to help restore vitality and prevent disease.  Through the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner, you can safely and effectively cleanse the toxin-laden tissues that are the norm of modern life, and help to restore health and balance.

We are all wonderful in our own special way.  By learning your constitution (dosha) you can learn about your strengths and weaknesses and the tools that can help you maintain your balance.

Ayurveda is intended to treat the whole family and is used from fertility and conception, childhood to adulthood as well as geriatrics.

Ayurveda can help in the treatment of dis-ease some of which are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, allergies, reflux, constipation, ADHD depression, anxiety,  Your Ayurveda practitioner can help guide you to bring the whole family back to health and balance with simple dietary and lifestyle changes.
